Hum Paach is a group of retired individuals forming an unregistered BOI (Body of Individuals). We have partnered with the Kotak Life Insurance Company - a subsiary of the Kotak Group. Our mission is to recruit Senior Citizens into our group to become partners.
As a partner, recruits will have direct relationship with the company. They will obtain business for the company either by recruiting more seniors or by sales of policies. The remuneration is good and also gives an opportunity to lead the teams that the person will recruit.
The end objective resonates with the Indian Mission to provide Life Insurance protection to all Indians by year 2047.
Hum Paach was an initiative started by 5 partners of the Kotak Life Insurance Company.All the partners have retired from various Industry sectors and bring their experience to the table. The synergy created by this cross industrial exposure has encouraged them to seek the help of other retired seniors from all sectors. Their aim is simple : to recruit more partners across the length and breadth of India to spread the benefits of Insuring lives culminating in the final objective by year 2047

You will join the Kotak APC Channel like all Insurance agents - in order to comply with the IRDAI guidelines. As per these guidelines, you will also be eligible to earn commission on the sale of company products. Subsequently, you will be given the opportunity to move into various leadership positions, where you can recruit a team(s) for yourself and your team members. Your remuneration will now change to commissions plus a fixed salary, health insurance and provident fund. You will also earn a fraction fof the business generated by your team members.
The payment structure in vogue in the APC Channel comprises of three components:
a) Commisions at the IRDAI approved rates
b) Fixed Pay with Health Insurance & PF
c) A management fee comprising of a percentage of the business done by yur team members and their teams.
This industry is volatile and there are changes expected - as introduced by various competing companies , as also by IRDAI. It becomes critical for members to stay abreast of all changes, as also the products introduced by the company.
As a part of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the company arranges for weekly sessions in both - product training and strategy. This is repeated multiple times to provide for the convenience of the members.
